Accreditation 101: Building the Foundation
Applying for accreditation for the first time? New to your role within accreditation? Looking for an overview of the ANCC NCPD Accreditation self-study criteria and documentation?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, this is the workshop is for you!
This workshop focuses on developing knowledge and skills to become an ANCC Accredited Provider of nursing continuing professional development. The ANCC NCPD Accreditation Program will provide an overview of accreditation terminology, resources, and platforms used within the accreditation application process. This interactive workshop will include presentations and interactive activities that review the self-study criteria and expectations for documentation in accredited nursing continuing professional development educational activities. There will be ample time to ask questions and engage with your peers from accredited organizations.

Who Should Attend: Learners who are Novice to Proficient in NCPD Accreditation, Accredited Provider Program Directors, Nurse Planners, Professional Development Associates/CE Specialists. If you are not sure if you qualify to attend, please email: accreditation@ana.org

Accredited Provider Workshop: Beyond the Basics
Do you have a basic understanding of the NCPD Accreditation Criteria? Do you want to take a deeper dive into applying the accreditation criteria to ensure success within your organization?
Join the ANCC NCPD Accreditation Program for an interactive workshop that goes beyond the basics. This workshop will offer presentations and interactive activities to demonstrate best practices for applying the accreditation criteria. Topics will include outcome-based continuing education (OB-CE ©), quality outcomes guidance, and more. There will be a variety of learner engagement opportunities and time for questions and answers.
